TWO PROJECTS OF ATENOR AWARDED AT THE EUROPEAN PROPERTY AWARDS

The Belgian real estate developer ATENOR’s Hungarian project, the Class “A+” Aréna Business Campus Building A won the highest, Five Star Award in the Office Development category on the European Property Awards, the most acclaimed industry award throughout the region. As the winner of the category, it is eligible to participate in further stages of the Awards. Váci Greens Buildings E & F are also Award Winners in the same category.

The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property & real estate industry. The awards are divided into regions covering Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability. The top winners in each region are automatically entered into the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony.

On the European Property Awards 2021-2022, ATENOR made two entries in the Office Development category and having surpassed the expected standards, were recognized for both of them. Váci Greens Buildings E & F became Award Winners and Aréna Business Campus Building A has won the Five Star Award, receiving the Best in Hungary title, thus becoming eligible for further stages of the world competition where the best of the regions compete.

Aréna Business Campus, developed by ATENOR, will offer exclusive Class “A +” offices in four buildings on 72,000 square meters on Hungária Boulevard. Its first phase, Building A was handed over in 2020 and since then several international companies have chosen the office building as their headquarters. The top quality technical specification, the BREEAM “Excellent” and Acces4you Gold certifications, the numerous in-house services that the buildings and the green garden will provide, contribute to making a completely new neighbourhood which is more sustainable, more inclusive and better to work and live in. The office complex has been designed to meet the needs and desires of today’s tenants as well as of future generations.

Váci Greens, located in the heart of the Váci Road office corridor, has been one of the most significant and successful projects in Budapest in the last 8 years. Buildings E and F, the fifth and sixth buildings of the Class “A+” office campus, were handed over in 2020 on almost 50,000 m² altogether. All Váci Greens buildings offer large, contiguous and efficient office space with a high-quality, green, ergonomic work environment. This concept is justified by maximum success, as most of the total ca. 130,000 m² area has already been leased to market-leading multinational tenants and all six buildings have been sold to various domestic and international investors.
