The fourth phase of Váci Greens Office Complex, Building „D” is handed over Its first tenant, already moved in this January

The fourth phase of the category „A+” Váci Greens Office Complex, the 15,647 sq m, already 60% leased Building „D” is handed over. The office campus located in the heart of the Váci „Office Corridor” will be completed entirely by the Belgian developer, Atenor in the next two-three years by when the last two buildings („E” & „F”)  are planned to be finished.

 

Váci Greens is one of the most significant and successful megaprojects of Budapest in the last five year. The development is financed by Atenor’s own equity. This was the first office complex in the city which won the BREEAM „Excellent” certification in 2011. Each buildings of Váci Greens are providing large contiguous efficient, outstanding quality office areas in an ergonomic working environment. This concept of Atenor is verified by absolute success as the first three buildings are fully let and the fourth one is already 60% occupied by leading multinational tenants. Moreover in the last twelve months Atenor sold all of its four buildings.

 

The newest phase, Building „D” already has seven tenants. The first was Unilever who already moved in this January to its 3,800 sq m premises. AON, the world’s leading risk management, insurance, reinsurance, pension and human resources consulting signed for ca. 2,000 sq m and ATOS a counselling, system integration, cloud and managed services, business process outsourcing (BPO), Big Data and cybersecurity solutions, as well as transaction services provider also relocates here its 1,500 sq m operation. The food court concept is established which was planned to the ground floor with such significant service providers like Costa Coffee, Buddha Original Wok Bar and Salad Box. These retail tenants with terraces are located along the green passage which connects Váci and Bence streets. Titem men suit store is opening soon.

 

Váci Greens “D” was designed by Vikár and Lukács Architect Studio. The buildings was purchased by a Hungarian Investor. The property management tender was win by Cushman & Wakefield and the facility management company is Uniszol. The co-exclusive letting agency of the building is Cushman & Wakefield and Robertson.

 

Váci Greens office complex which upon completion will comprise all together 130 000 sq m office area in six buildings is located in Budapest’s fastest developing business district, the Váci Corridor and already accommodates many large tenants who employ all together close to 6000 people. With the handover of the last phases (building E & F) in the next 2-3 years this number will double.
