Another major international company has chosen the Váci Greens office park. AON Hungary, the newest tenant of Building D, soon to be handed over, has signed a contract for nearly 2,200 sq metres. With this transaction, the occupancy of building D rises over 50 percent.

AON, the world’s leading risk management, insurance, reinsurance, pension and human resources consulting. With almost 50,000 employees around the world it offers effective solutions in the fields of corporate risk management, insurance portfolio management and labour management. “The time has come to move our office to a new environment with a significant quality change” – Károly Gerendai, CEO of AON Hungary noted. “The Váci Greens Building D has proven to be an ideal choice as it offers the highest technical standards and provides outstandingly efficient and ergonomic spaces for our staff.”

The Váci Greens Office Park offers an exclusive, category A+ environment in an individually green community setting. Váci Greens’ design combines the best architectural solutions with the latest construction technologies resulting in low operational costs. The project’s environmental awareness is also uniquely evidenced by its BREEAM “Excellent” certification. Váci Greens Building D overlooks the several thousand sq metres of community space. This “piazza” just like everything within Váci Greens, is for the tenants’ convenience.

"We are proud that an internationally market-leading company, AON is moving to Váci Greens Building D, said Nikolett Püschl, Head of Leasing of Atenor Group.” With this transaction, the occupancy of the building rises over 50 percent, which we consider to be a great success as we have accomplished it before the handover. The construction works of the Váci Greens Building D will be completed in January and the office building will be handed over in the same month, within the deadline. Building D is a remarkable continuation of the success story of Váci Greens, as all the stages of its development (A, B, C) have been leased to a large extent before completion."

During the transaction, CBRE assisted AON Hungary to find its new office, while the project manager Atenor Group was represented by Robertson.
