Cushman & Wakefield won the Property Management of Building D

From its handover in January 2018, Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed with the Property Management of the, 15,647 sq m Váci Greens D office building developed by Atenor.

The modern and state of the art Váci Greens Building D will be handed over in January 2018 and is already 50% occupied, and further lease negotiations are to be finalized soon. Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team will provide full scope of property management including financial administration, tenant liaison, technical supervision and subcontractor management. Our colleagues will be involved in the handover period of the property and will be responsible for managing the guarantee/warranty issues with the general contractors as well.

Váci Greens office complex which upon completion will comprise all together 130 000 sq m office area in six buildings is located on the Váci corridor which plays an extremely important role in the business revitalization of the district. The Váci Greens campus already accommodates a great number of prestigious tenants who employ all together close to 5500 people. After completing phase II. (Buildings D,E,F and G) the campus will host nearly 10,000 people.
