Another significant international company joins the ever-diversifying range of tenants of Váci Greens. ATOS Hungary will rent about 1500 m2 office space in the newest “D” building from May 2018, whose two organizational units operating at two different locations are now consolidated.
Atos SE (Societas Europaea) is present in Hungary since 1990. As the leading player of digital services it employs about 100.000 people around the world, and its annual revenue exceeds 12 billion EUR. ATOS provides counselling, system integration, cloud and managed services, business process outsourcing (BPO), Big Data and cybersecurity solutions, as well as transaction services for its clients.
“We have selected building “D” of Váci Greens to be our “new home”, because it is able to serve our short and long term expansion needs ideally and with maximum flexibility” – said József Hernádi, managing director of ATOS Hungary. “Our company was looking for a high quality, efficient office building offering a wide range of services, and Váci Greens is a perfect fit” – added József Hernádi.
“The arrival of ATOS is a great pleasure for us, as another prominent player will join the prestigious mix of tenants of Váci Greens” – said Nikolett Püschl, leasing manager of Atenor. With this transaction, the occupancy rate of Váci Greens “D” will be close to 40%, and this number will grow over 50% as further deals are being closed until the end of the year. The success of Váci Greens “D” is unbroken, with its peak being the recent sales of the building.
ATOS Hungary found its new office with the contribution of Colliers, while the developer, Atenor was represented by Robertson.
